| Das beschreibt uns | Ein Vierteljahrhundert ist vergangen! Als DG Sport Ende der 90er Jahre das Konzept der Bikers’Days entwickelte, das allen Motorradfahrern die Möglichkeit bot, an geselligen Tagen auf den schönsten Rennstrecken Europas zu fahren, traf er damit genau ins Schwarze! Dank seiner Erfahrung bietet das Unternehmen aus Theux jedes Jahr ein beeindruckendes Programm an, das natürlich durch Spa-Francorchamps und Mettet führt, aber auch durch unzählige MotoGP-Rennstrecken wie Aragon, Portimao, Mugello, Le Mans, Barcelona, Assen oder Valencia! Das sind 22 verschiedene Veranstaltungen, die insgesamt fast vierzig Griff-in-die-Ecke-Tage ergeben! Indem die Teilnehmer je nach Erfahrung und Leistung in verschiedene Gruppen eingeteilt werden, ermöglichen es die Bikers’Days jedem, unter den besten Sicherheitsbedingungen ein Maximum an Spaß zu haben! Da die Geschwindigkeit auf der Straße der Vergangenheit angehört, gibt es nichts Besseres, als sich auf der Rennstrecke auszutoben! |

These general conditions define, without prejudice the application of specific conditions, the respective obligations of the parties for orders of performances or services from our company or for sales of products made by our company. By signing the agreement or the order form or the acceptance of the confirmation of order, it is expressly acknowledged to have read these general conditions and to have accepted them. These are the only general conditions allowed, except for any agreements or conditions from the client. 2. Unless stipulated otherwise or in writing, the period of validity of our offers is 10 days from the date of their release. 3. Any order entrusted to us will be binding only after written confirmation from us. 4. The modifications made by the customer to his order form or our offer are valid only if they have been accepted and confirmed in writing by us. 5. In the event of unilateral cancellation of an order by the contracting partner, we reserve the right to demand an indemnity equal to 30% of the total amount of the order. 6. The periods fixed for our services or deliveries are only indicative, unless stated otherwise. 7. The fixed prices are denominated in euros, including VAT. 8. Invoices are payable in cash. 9. In the event of non-payment at the due date, a flat-rate contractual indemnity of 10% (ten percent) of the balance due with a minimum of € 50 will automatically be payable. An interest calculated on the basis of the rate provided for by the law of 02.08.2002 relating to the fight against late payment in commercial matters, shall be due, as of right, without notice being required from the day of the due date until the day of the complete payment, in addition to any other legal costs and expenses. 10. Any complaint is admissible only if it is formulated in writing within 8 days. After this period, the performances, services or supplies are considered to have been definitely approved. 11. In case of a difference in interpretation or meaning between the English and French versions of the contract, the French version shall be decisive. 12. Belgian law is applicable to this Convention. Any dispute arising out of the execution or interpretation of this agreement will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the arrondissement of LIEGE – Division VERVIERS |
